Homeopathy, amongst other healing modalities, was and still is fundamental to the continuous restoration of my physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

My Story

My interest in Homeopathy began in 2005.  An osteopath advised me to take my middle child to see a homeopath for sleep/behavioural issues. I was immediately fascinated by the sudden changes that occurred following the prescription of just one remedy.

One thing led rather quickly to another, and I was soon training to be a homeopath! I trained at The Homeopathy College Birmingham, previously the College of Practical Homeopathy. I graduated after four truly inspiring years and went on to open an holistic centre in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. I ran a busy homeopathic clinic from there, treating people of all ages and backgrounds with a huge variety of presentations ranging from verrucas to cancer. I also ran homeopathic workshops, introducing people to the benefits of homeopathy.

My personal journey with grief, loss, and critical illness has served to enrich my practice. I create a space of non-judgement and empathy during my consultations.

I am trained in the use of kinesiology (Energy Diagnosis Therapy), which I often use alongside traditional homeopathic methods to reach the best indicated remedies. I am able to do this remotely
I am trained in the use of ‘Narayani Remedies’,  an incredibly powerful set of combination remedies put together by a classical homeopath (Swami Narayani) in the early seventies.

I'm a qualified yoga teacher and reiki healer. I have attended numerous courses on holistic practices and potions! Whilst these aren't at the forefront of my practice, I do feel they help in making me a more ‘rounded’ therapist. My academic background is in Genetics and Diagnostics.
